Emilio M. Justo, M.D., was successful in eliminating droopy eyelids that were making this patient look older and tired. Dr. Justo used a CO2 laser to excise the excess skin and tissue, and the result are bright eyes, improved vision and a happy patient. Because the surgery has improved the patient's peripheral vision, it was authorized through her insurance provider.
