Your body has naturally occurring hyaluronic acid (a polysaccharide that is in the skin, joints, and eyes) and the fillers are a synthetic version of the same. The quality of erections should not be adversely affected by fillers used for penile enlargement. These same fillers are also used in the face and are FDA approved to restore volume.

There are 2 main reasons why Bellafill shouldn’t be used in the lips:
1) Not FDA approved for that location.
2) The muscular action of the lips may result in clumping or nodules.

Yes, it is possible but why would you want that done. It would leave a visible scar. The crescent incision is the typical approach because it hides the scar in the groove between the labia majora and labia minora. A horizontal scar is not preferable to a hidden scar that is not visible.

A bent penis during an erection is called Peyronie's disease. If it is mild, it may heal on its own within 15 months. There is no cure for Peyronie's disease; however, the FDA approved Restorex device or a vacuum erection device that stretches the fibrous tissue can help.
