Thank you for your question. You may be experiencing chronic edema where the lymphatic system is either blocked or damage. Where your body is retaining the fluid and not draining. Are 3 syringes of Voluma (1.5ea) my best option for nasolabial/marionette lines if I want to keep my fill

Thank you for your questions. 3 syringes to be honest is not a whole lot. However, I would recommend using Voluma where its mostly indicated. Voluma is the thickest filler and it "mimics bone" (placed in Midcheek, cheeks, chin, jawline, nose etc. Not placed so much for NLF or Marionette. I would use a softer filler for those area!
Its worth noting that if the midcheeks are not injected and only NLF/Marionette were, you be may happy initially but in 6 mths your lower face may feel...
I am nervous because I now have read that Lyft should not be used under eyes. Is this true?

Thank you for your question. If this was me, I would highly recommend going back more than once and get them all dissolved. Very rare but granuloma can form causing those bumps. Therefore have them inject Hylenex to reverse it. I've injected fillers to under eyes all the time however I use a product call Versa. Less swelling occurs with this. Hope this helps. Dr. Thuy Doan. Thank you for your question. The filler will not dissolve faster. Lidocaine (or any numbing agent) are not dissolving agent for fillers. The enzyme to break down filler is called Hyaluronidase which is see in Hylenex. So no worries. Hope that helps! Dr. Thuy Doan. Atlanta

Please do not use radiesse for your lips. Its has a non-reversal agent. If you dont like it, you can not reverse it. I love Juvederm Volbella for lips. Resytlane refyne is great too esp if you have thin lips. All the best, Dr. Thuy Doan. ATLANTA.

Thank you for your question. As an injector, I always "under treat" the TT. I under treat to accommodate for swelling. I asked the pt to come back in 2 weeks to fill in the other half of the syringe. I have only seen this happen esp when injector use a whole syringe. I would def advise to get it remove and demand for a removal or pay for the cost of your visit at a different medspa. Thank you for your question. Personally since its been a month, I would have it dissolved and start over. As an injector, less is more. I am a lip master and more of a natural lip enhancer. Juvederm ultra "plus" - plus being the key word is one of the thickest fillers on the market for lips. I would try Juvederm Volbella. Its softer, moldable, and very velvety.
