As many have said, I would recommend you are at least 6 months out from your C-section before performing a mini tummy tuck. This will give you time to get down to your pre-baby weight and also allow your body time to heal. By being down to your pre-baby weight the surgeon will be able to remove the most skin and give you the best contour. Good Luck and congrats on the baby!!

Sorry to hear about your current situation. There is no required timeframe you need to wait but I wound recommend you wait at least three months to let things settle. As time goes on the implants will settle and soften. Also, as you become used to the implants you may start to like them. The best advice I can give you is to talk to your surgeon and explain your concerns to them. Good Luck.

Your goals can likely be accomplished with a small lift and small implant or no lift and a larger implant. I would advise against no lift and a larger implant because it's only a temporary fix. With time and gravity a large implant will lead to problems.

I'm not a believer in injecting Botox in the medial aspect of the lower lid because of the exact complication that you're describing. Fortunately your botox should be wearing off by 3-4 months. As the Botox is metabolized you should return to your pre-injection state. If the issue hasn't resolved by 5-6 months I would recommend you get a second opinion from a board certified Plastic Surgeon or Oculoplastics Surgeon.

I'm sorry to hear you had a complication from fillers. More than likely they didn't injury the nerve directly but the filler is probably putting pressure on a nerve. Voluma lasts about 18 months so I would recommend you return to your injector and ask them to inject a product that will help dissolve the filler. Hopefully this will relieve your symptoms. Jennifer, it's hard to tell what the final result will look like until at least 3-4 months out from surgery. Over this time the tissues will settle and the inferior aspect will likely round out. The nipples do appear to have a slightly different shape/size but time will tell if this persists long term. Make sure you address your concerns with your surgeon at your follow up appointments.

Lisa, I'm sorry to hear you had a complication following an arm lift. The wound does not look infected but it will need some local wound care. The open area should likely heal in the next 10-14 days. Thanks for the question. It's hard to tell from that one photo if you have excess skin or just some excess subcutaneous tissue (fat). There are many different options for arm contouring including an arm lift, liposuction, or non-invasive fat loss procedures like truSculpt. truSculpt may be your best option because it decreases the subcutaneous fat layer and tightens the skin with no down time. Usually by 3-4 months post op your implants will have settled and you should start to see your final results. Some patients take a little longer but that would be unusual. You may get some additional rounding out but unfortunately I think you're likely going to need a revision in the future if you're still unsatisfied with your results. Please be certain to state your concerns to your surgeon and see what they recommend.

RF won't expedite how quickly your body metabolizes botox. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is wait 3-4 months for the botox to wear off. I'm sorry to hear you had a poor experience. To help decrease the chance of this happening in the future make sure you always have a board certified plastic surgeon performing your botox treatments.

Each surgeon is different and they all have their specific reasons for why they have certain pre/post operative instructions. I personally don't have patients stop doing arm exercises before a brachioplasty but you should follow your surgeons instructions for the best results.

I agree with the other replies that the best thing you can do right now is wait. It can take 3-4 months for the breasts to settle before you see your final results. I would wait a minimum of 6 months before considering any revision or change in implant size. You may not get the perfect result but usually the symmetry improves in a few months as the swelling resolves and the tissues relax. Good luck and thanks for the question.
