However, you seem to be a good candidate for plasma pen or microneedling with radiofrequency, both modalities are collagen induction therapies that will tighten the skin and stimulate collagen. The products you should use while on Accutane should actively work to restore and replenish the moisture of your skin. You seem to be an ideal candidate for botox. Botox is a neuromodulator, that blocks signals from the nerves to the muscles.
