Botox in lateral pterygoids for TMJ?
Yes - the lateral pterygoids can be addressed with Botox. (The medial pterygoids can not)

Find an experienced provider who has been injecting for at least 3 years with Botox for TMJ. There are many new injectors doing this and if injected incorrectly - you can have a crooked smile for 3-4 months. The lateral pterygoids can be injected along with the masseter muscles. The medial pterygoids are too deep and close to the risorius muscle which is problematic. Please watch the following video for a better overview.

The various brands of Botox are manufactured by different companies but essentially - the active molecule is the same. (Similar to "Ibuprofen" but there are brands such as Motrin, Advil, etc....) Botox/Dysport/Xeomin/Jeuveau all last 3-4 months. Daxxify is reported to last a bit longer - maybe up to 6 months. You look great for your age. You have excellent features - with a beautiful smile and wonderful cheeks and lips.
Please watch the supporting video on Sculptra as it's not a filler. It's the most natural injectable in aesthetics.
Also - avoid trying to fix asymmetry. Our human body is asymmetric and that includes the face. Beware any practitioners who claim they can make you symmetrical. Watch the video below that explains that asymmetry is more desirable.
Can Botox and Dysport be done at the same session but in different areas?
Yes - it can be used as they are the same active ingredient.

We've been regularly using 2 brands on our patients for years. We use Dysport across the areas that need for wider spread and Botox or Jeuveau for areas that need tighter control. Please see the attached link for an explanation of the differences of all the FDA approved brands.
Will Botox in my masseters affect my singing?
It will help to relax your jaw muscles and probably help your singing.

Getting treated with Botox in your masseters should not have any direct effect on your singing as it does not affect the vocal cords. However, when the jaw muscles are relaxed - you will be able to open your mouth easier and project sound better. The benefits of Botox for TMJ outweigh any risk. Botox can help with slimming your face. Based on your photo - it will not make your face look gaunt. You have high cheekbones and good volume so it will actually create more of a heart shaped face. Yes - it's possible to do Botox and Sculptra at the same time. As long as the areas do not overlap.

Yes - we regularly perform Botox in the masseters to slim the face and then Sculptra along the lower jaw line for a snatched jaw. Based on your photos - I would not recommend Botox for the masseters as it will reduce the width of your face which will not help in creating a snatched jaw line. Based on your photos - while Kybella is a FDA approved, safe injectable that dissolves fat - it will result in 1-2 weeks of swelling so be prepared for that. Your fat is minimal and only visible in bad lighting or with your chin down. That will be visible in all people. If you want to get Kybella - you would need only 1 vial total (half on each side). The popping sound or clicking is just a sound. Like cracking your knuckles. It's a joint and therefore anyone can create a sound if they move the joint a certain way. It does not indicate any dysfunction or problem. Just stop making the sound on purpose. If it happens - just ignore it.
