Yes the natural lubrication will be improved, however, being post menopausal you would probably benefit more from hormone replacement therapy especially with bio-identical estrogen. This will naturally increase the lubrication and improve the health of the vaginal tissue. You may also want to consider laser vaginal rejuvenation therapy.

I would definitely seek out a doctor who specializes in fertility as they can run tests to see if you are still able to carry a pregnancy. If you are in menopause, I would see a doctor who specializes in hormone therapy to relieve your symptoms. This does not necessarily mean it will restore fertility, just alleviate your symptoms.

We usually suggest just pumping for 10 minutes a day (only once) for at least 4-6 weeks after the procedure. Normal erection length is fine, it depends what you can tolerate. Don't go overboard with pumping to avoid damage. Just pump to a comfortable position (normal erection length or slightly larger)

In our practice we have not seen testosterone cause a decline in the quality of PRP. If your red blood cells are high from testosterone use, you may want to consider donating blood to lower your hemoglobin if it is high.

PRP can usually help regrow dormant or "sleeping" hair follicles and thicken what you have. It is also used as a preventative therapy for hair loss. My suggestions is to start with 3 treatments and see how it works for you. You may also want to add LLLT (Low level laser therapy) along with Minoxidil for maximal results.
