I can see your right eye shows slight more redundancy compare to left eye. Maybe it is due to slight lower brow position of your right eyebrow. This can be simply improved by removing redundant skin on your right eye. If you desire to open both eyes, you can remove excess skin on both eyes and remove slightly more skin on your right eye.

I am not sure where you are going to have fat grafting. If fat grafting is for eye, you can do this procedure at the same time. If fat grafting is other than eye and planning to have this procedure done two different location, I recommend eyelid procedure first.

Your marionette line can be improved with thread lift. Because you have thin skin and lack of jowl fat, thread lift can help you. even though thread lift can improve your marionette line, additional filler injection may be needed. I also can see deep nasolabial line and this can also be improved with filler injection.

I can see there is quite volume loss especially on the cheek (front portion and side).
This can be improved with your own fat graft. Typically, I found the fat graft in this area is taken quite well and create full facial contour.
When you combine free fat graft with prp, fat survival rate increase.

Unless you place the thread too superficial, you won't able to feel the thread. Also, right after the procedure, it is necessary to limit the facial muscle movement for a week. Especially yawning and laughing need to be limited until the thread settles down to the tissue.

The purpose of using thread lift with PDO thread is to cause scar tissue build up near the thread and it helps lifting the skin. Yes it will cause the scar but it will remain inside of skin so there is no visible scar outside.
The scar tissue will not make difficult during future facelift procedure. Only drawback of the thread lift is not long lasting result.

If you choose non surgical option, I would suggest reversible filler in case you don't like the result.
I recommend HA filler which has good G prime and can improve structural improvement.
You need filler injection especially upper half of the nose and tip area. Tip is slightly lower and this can be corrected with tip injection. Because of some incidence of blindness while injection, cannula injection is preferable to needle.

I can see your right eyelid crease is slightly weak and not clean fold.
This may be due to slight ptosis on your right and this need to be confirmed with direct examination.
If you do not have ptosis, then loose crease maybe due to weak attachment between the levator muscle and skin.
Obviously you need to revise to improve the condition.

Your current style of crease is taper crease. In taper crease, outer fold crease is larger than inner corner. To make inner and outer corner same size, you can change taper to parallel crease.

Second photo shows very mild ptosis and I am not sure that is the cause of weak crease on your right eye.
To make symmetrical crease, you need revision surgery. Because your left eye has well defined crease, I am suggesting to have non cutting eyelid surgery on right eye only. Incisional technique need to be avoided due to possibility of asymmetry.

I can see visible jowl and combining local jowl fat liposuction with thread lift will give better outcome. Kybella injection is less predictable than liposuction and it requires several injection.
You also consider fat fat graft just lateral to chin to give nice contour of jaw line.
