Healing incision site

Your incision site is healing as expected. You are doing the right thing by keeping the incision sites moisturized. I would not use Retin-A to these areas as it would likely worsen the redness to the areas. If there are any residual bumps within the incision site that do resolve on their own over time, then intralesional kenalog injection can be done. Hope this helps and good luck!
Is this a vascular occlusion after Juvederm fillers on lips?
Vascular Occlusion

Yes this is a vascular occlusion and an emergency! You need to go back to the person who injected you immediately and have hyaluronidase infiltrated to the area to dissolve the filler.

Fractionated CO2 laser

Jun 7, 2018
Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for fractionated CO2 laser to the periocular and periorbital areas to treat the fine lines. This would be my treatment of choice for you. Partial face treatment to these areas can be done and does not have to have full face. Chemical peels on the eyelids would not be safe so I would not recommend chemical peels for you. You would also do well with an upper bleph. Good luck!

smile lines

The lines that I see in your photo appear to be the smile lines. These are dynamic lines that are a result of the muscles contracting when you smile. These are more difficult to treat, but filler such as Juvederm or Restylane can be used and layered underneath the lines to soften them. You also appear to have pink acne scars. These can be treated with Pulsed Dye Laser to help decrease the red appearance.
What would be the best treatment for my face?
IPL

Your are a good IPL candidate. The IPL will help with both the brown and pink discoloration. You can ask your provider about topical anesthetic cream to help with the discomfort. We always use a compounded topical anesthetic cream of benzocaine/lidocaine/tetracaine as well as a cooling device called the Zimmer that when used together, make a world of difference for patients when they are getting their treatment.

Supplements

Jun 4, 2018
Yes this is absolutely fine one week after botox and fillers and will not make the bruising worse. Prior to having botox and fillers done, you should avoid anticoagulants for 1 week such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Vitamin E and Fish Oil unless they are medically necessary for pre-existing conditions.

Hiding stitches

I would not recommend putting make up on the wound with stitches two days after the surgery as this could impede the healing or cause an infection at the site. You could find a small bandage that matches your skin color, which should be adequate.
