SmartLipo does not dissolve fat, but removes it via a tiny laser, the laser heats the fat and then suctions it out. It sounds like you just need to kick start your weight loss and you maybe a candidate for SmartLipo. Skin elasticity is a factor and there are many skin tightening treatments that compliment SmartLipo.
Go to a Doctor that performs SmartLipo regularly, to me SmartLipo is like an art and only an experienced practitioner appreciates that.

There are some great Fillers on the market. Filler like Voluma or Bellafill for the temple area, work great. Botox can help with crows feet and asymmetry. I love meeting my clients and taking my time with recommending the right filler for them. We can always add more, and I like my clients to take their time, and feel happy with the results. I always recommend a natural look, so they look like a better version of themselves.

Yes extractions can be done at same time, of course all skin types react differently. As per procedure after a Chemical Peel it is important to stay out of the sun for at least 24 hours and wear sunblock.
We always offer a good Microderm or HydroFacial before peel. It exfoliates and hydrates the skin and when you apply peel it goes deeper and responds well. Again consult in person since everyone’s skin type and age can change the treatment plan.

The skin is still healing and feels firm because of swelling and underlying bruising. There are no negative effects of Smart Lipo on skin, it only improves collagen, and can cause tightening in the areas and improve stretch marks. I encourage my patients to get lymphatic massages afterwards, or add something like Venus freeze to quicken the healing process and these modalities complement the procedure well .
