It would be important to rule out any medical problem that would cause loss of volume in this area. Dermal fillers give a very nice effect in softening and volumizing the temporal area. Another option is to use a product called sculptra. It stimulates your own collagen to fill in the area. Make sure that you consult an experienced injector as this is a complicated area to inject.

It is difficult to comment on your question given the limited view from the photo. You would need to have a full facial assessment to determine if dermal fillers would address your concerns. You should make an appointment with an experienced practitioner who can evaluate you and give you recommendations. If there is volume loss in the temples dermal fillers are one option.

OMG you are a very attractive woman. Please stop telling yourself otherwise. From your photos I would suggest to keep that youthful glow you would want to make sure that you are using medical grade skin care products with Vitamin C and A, moisturize and exfoliate your skin as needed. You should wear sunscreen everyday all year round. You might want to do some in office procedures such as a diamond glow facial and/or microneedling for maintenance.

The loss of volume in the hands can be addressed by injecting a a dermal filler such as voluma or radiesse into the area. The veins will be less visible and the area will look smoother and more youthful.

Botox should not cause permanent damage to the area. It is more likely that the botox has not worn off yet. For most patients botox will last 3-4 months but there are patients where it lasts longer-in some cases 6-9 months. I would suggest you give in more time to wear off. Placement of the product may be what caused the problems you are experiencing. You should talk to your injector about your issues or seek out a more experienced injector if indicated.

Sorry that you had a bad experience with under eye filler. This is an advanced area to inject and it is best to go to an experienced injector. The hyaluronidase should not dissolve your own hyaluronic acid as it works to break the bonds of the product. Looking at your photos it apprears that you have volume loss in this area and probably in the cheeks as well. Only you can decide if the risk of injection of fillers to this area is acceptable. Make this decision after discussing the risks/benefits with your provider. This is a very advanced area to inject. Make sure that your provider is experienced and skilled injecting this area and the office is equiped to handle any complications that may occur. In the hands of a skilled injector the risks are minimized. Most patients are very happy with the results.

From your photo it does not seem like this is consistant with a vascular occulsion. It appears to be product that was injected too superficially. If the photo was taken immediately after the hylenx it could be some swelling from the hylenex. If the area becomes painful, red and looks bruised that is more consistent with an occulsion.

There are many factors that contribute to how many laser treatments are needed to remove a tattoo including type of ink used ,location of the tattoo ,the patient’s skin type etc. I would expect however that after 7 treatments you should be making some progress in lightening this tattoo. Make sure you are being treated by someone who has experience treating tattoos and is using the latest pico laser technology otherwise you should get a second opinion.

From your photos it would seem that you are a good candidate for CoolSculpting.You would probably need to have more than one treatment in order to get the best results.
