You would never want to have Botox prior to Microneedling so as not to  manipulate where the Botox was placed. Thank you for your question. It is safe to add additional units of Botox at 6 weeks following your original treatment. I typically have my patients follow up at 2 weeks post injection to assess them, and if a touch up is needed I provide it to them at that time. I advise you always receive your treatments from an experienced plastic surgeon. Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your question. Wearing compression is essential following a Liposuction procedure. With that being said no one wants to be miserable while wearing one. There are many types of garments. I advise that you speak to your Plastic Surgeon about your specific concerns so that you can be given an alternative option that will better suit you, and will comply with the post operative care he/or she wants to provide you. Thank you for your question. You should definitely be able to have your belly button re-pierced following your smart-liposuction procedure. Thank you for you question. Prescription Retin-A will be stronger then over the counter Retinol. You should be seen by a Dermatologist prior to starting a Retin-A regimen, and always use sunscreen. Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your question. It is not typically recommended to apply anything on top of Retin-A. If you have been using Retin-A for 2 years unsuccessfully I would advise your speak to your Dermatologist or skin care professional, it maybe that you need to increase the strength or add something to your daily regime that will compliment the product.
