Good Morning and thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear about the extreme/swelling bruising you experienced post treatment. In my practice I offer to patients Cearna OcuMend Arnica patches. They are excellent to speed up the recovery process of bruising and can be applied up to 12 hours per patch (works great to apply before bed time). The potency of these patches is much higher than your standard topical arnica gel or cream. Best of luck.
