You'll definitely benefit from injection of neuro-modulators, Botox, Dysport or Xeomin, keeping up with injection every 4-6 months will help to maintain the smooth forehead.
This is the right age of starting this treatment before the folds are very deep, in that case you'll need more often treatments or a combination of Neuro-modulators and fillers.

The swelling after lip injection is not uncommon.
Felling a small lump in the inner side of the lip is normal but seeing the lump is not. Using the vibrating toothbrush can help the swelling go away, also applying ice.

Filler can also work to help add dimension and plumpness to specific areas, like cheeks and lips, to help counter act the effect of aging on the skin.
Filling the upper cheek for lifting can help soften the nasolabial folds. But remember 1 ml is not going to be enough to achieve this effect.
using the cannula for filler injection will lower your risk of bruising but does not eliminate it completely.

Botox/ or anti wrinkles in general would help the gummy smile if injected in the correct manner, also augmentation of the upper lip with a soft filler like Belotero, Restylane silk or Juvederm Volbella will help the upper lip crease to become less pronounced

You can achieve noticeable results with injecting the right amount of botox to the right area.

This problem can easily be fixed by injecting few units of Botox on each side 1-2 inches above the lateral brow.
You can counsel with your injector and then decide about the treatment.
