I believe a mini or a full tummy tuck would both improve your abdominal appearance - the difference is that a mini would generally only improve the tightness/appearance of the skin below your belly button, whereas a full tummy tuck would improve both above and below the belly button.

Your rectus abdominis muscles will usually be plicated (repaired) during any full tummy tuck procedure. You should generally avoid heavy lifting for 6 weeks after surgery in order to give this the best chance of healing without recurrence. Yes, it appears you have some abdominal skin excess and would benefit from a tummy tuck in addition to your BBL to achieve the best contour. I would definitely not recommend massage of tear drop implants. These implants are textured so that your body will grip onto them and prevent them from rotating. Massage for smooth implants has never really shown any benefit either, and I think this is a bit of an "old school" teaching. At only 3 days postop, you are still swollen and the implants will continue to settle and look more natural over the next 6 months. So I would wait it out. My recommendation would be to find a surgeon locally. Complications can occur after this 8 day period, and it is much more difficult to deal with these if your surgeon is on the other side of the country. As others have stated, you should also avoid sitting for at least 2 weeks after surgery. Lastly, long airline flights can increased your risk of developing a blood clot right after surgery. There is definitely no reason to delay working out if you are planning to get a BBL. Building your buttock muscles will only improve the results you get from a BBL. If you are worried about losing too much fat prior to a BBL, this fat will also be lost from your buttock if you start working out after a BBL and lose a lot of weight. So go ahead and work out!
