Thank you for your question and photos.  Although you are young, your photos do show some early soft tissue loss which are contributing to flat midface, deep smile lines and the beginnings of jowls.  These aesthetic concerns can be addressed with hyaluronic acid soft tissue filler in the midface and in the lower face. Your asymmetric brows can be addressed with a neurotoxin like Botox cosmetic. I would suggest consulting with an experienced provider.

Bruising can show up immediately after injection or it can take a few days to show up.  Vascular accident is a serious complication which needs to be addressed immediately If you are having any symptoms that are of concern to you, I suggest that you call the provider who performed your treatment and send them a photo of the treatment area.
