Usually tenderness resolves in a few days. However I think it takes 2 weeks for filler to fully integrate in the skin. If adjustment is needed, that's the best time in my opinion .

Juvederm is also much smoother. Like creamy mashed potatoes versus lumpy mashed potatoes . The longer duration also a big plus .

It could represent a reaction to a vitamin or supplement ( fixed drug reaction). Would need to see a Dermatologist in person to confirm. A biopsy may be indicated also to make the correct diagnosis.

I think laser is still the best treatment for you. You need a device that is safe to use in darker skin. I use and recommend the Lumenis M22. It can be adjusted, so it can be done safely in darker skin types. Having said that, there are similar lasers which can treat you safely
