You should avoid exerting yourself for 24 hours.

It is recommended to avoid strenuous exercise, facials, or massage for 24 hours after Botox. Also, I would advise not laying flat for 4 hours after the treatment. The reason is to avoid migration of the product.

You could use Dysport or dermal fillers.

An alternative to Botox is Dysport, which is another type of neurotoxin with a similar molecular composition to weaken the muscles that create wrinkles on the forehead. Other than neurotoxins, other options for improving wrinkles on the forehead include dermal fillers or laser resurfacing.

It depends on the location of your crinkles under the eye. If your crinkles are an extension of your crow’s feet, then yes these can be injected successfully with Botox; however, if your crinkles are lower on your cheek near your zygomaticus, then it is best to not use Botox in this area to avoid a droopy cheek and unnatural smile. Instead, laser resurfacing would be a much safer, effective option.

It is best to wait two weeks after filler before undergoing any laser treatments in the same area. This will give ample time for the filler to settle, and for any tissue inflammation to subside. However, if the filler and laser hair removal are done on separate areas of the face, you may do both treatments on the same day.
Juvederm did not work for early signs of jowls and nasiolabal folds. Any suggestions?
It may be that not enough Juvederm was used.

It may not be the case that Juvederm did not work, but simply that not enough product was used and/or not injected in the appropriate anatomical locations to give you the optimal result. Given your degree of volume loss in the mid cheeks, you would benefit from using a few syringes of Voluma, which provides more volume than Juvederm, for better correction than your previous treatment.

A high volume filler such as Voluma or Restylane Lyft is ideal for treating the mid face.
