Once you feel the product is being injected appropriately (dose, location, technique) and still no response then you may want to consider an alternative neuromodulator (Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin, Dysport and soon to be Revance). Fillers carry a relative high risk of blindness in the frown line so we recommend avoiding this area with filler. Best to consult with local expert injector

Great question. I recommend using neuromodulators like Botox to achieve a natural look. Oftgen times, when young women have creasing in the skin, I questions the thickness of the skin i.e. are you one of those 'blessed' with thinner than average skin, which often shows lines easier. Combining good skin care, microneedling or other treatments can often be used to reduce the dependance on botox and provide a more comprehensive anti-aging program for your skin

If 'excessive' (relative term) botox was administered in an imbalanced fashion then sometimes recorrecting this imbalance can be corrected by injecting a small muscle under the medial/inner brow. Seek expert consultation and follow up. Worst case scenario it will resolve as botox wears off, maybe quicker with hyperactivity of the area

When can I plan for a child after Botox?

I think your addressing a common concern by women who are family planning and wonder about risks to themselves or future baby. Since the Botox product can last 3-4 months (longer in some people) I think it is prudent to plan for a child when the product has worn off. Generally I do not advise my patients to receive botox or cosmetic procedures if they are actively family planning. Next best step is to consult an experienced Provider in your area. Thanks
