Yes, indeed it is possible to receive your Masseter Botox treatment and also dissolve your unwanted filler in your chin on the same day. Ask your provider whether Botox would be helpful for you in the chin muscle as well (called the mentalis).
Best of luck in your quest !
Sincerely,
Dr Anna Petropoulos

The right side of the picture seems to have a perfect heart shaped contour laterally with an appropriate amount of fullness. The left side of the picture has a dent in the contour and would benefit from either a biostimulator such as Sculptra or a gentle hyaluronic acid facial filer using a fanning technique with a very skilled and experienced injector. I personally do not see the need for masseter shrinkage (using Botox or any other neuromodulator)...

Yes indeed, PRP is one option to help crepy skin under the eyelids, however there are other options as well that are less invasive and also less expensive. Beware of places that only have one or two options to offer you eg "one treatment / machine fits all ". It is best for you to seek a consultation with a board certified Facial Plastic or Plastic Surgeon who is well versed with both invasive and non-invasive techniques, (and has them all available at their...

Thank you for your question, a very important one that we typically cover in our initial visit with our patients.
Each patient is different in their wishes. Some require a very subtle and natural look while others (usually the younger ones) require a more intense and full look and then we also have the "inbetweeners" that want a medium change that still looks natural. After careful discussion about the size, shape and design that a patient wishes in great detail, together we...

Thank you for your very valid question. We frequently perform FUE hairline transplants for younger patients such as yourself. However, the new hairline has to be carefully planned and strategically and artistically crafted in order to still look very good and natural as the person ages in the years to come and continues to experience hair loss, We significantly mitigate this inevitable future hair loss by employing a highly specialized adjunctive protocol with ...

Thank you for your question. Yes in deed, a very good amount of improvement for your facial symmetry may be achieved using facial fillers to make your right side be more similar to your left. It is very important that you seek care from a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon who is very well versed and experienced with the use of facial fillers for Facial Contouring, since the areas where you need your injections are near neuro-vascular bundles. Knowledge, skill and...

Botox can help elevate the nasal tip in most cases somewhat, however it might not be sufficient for you depending on what your wishes are for elevation. It does not hurt to try it and see if you are happy with the amount of elevation you will receive, and if you feel you would like more elevation you can always have a consultation with an experienced Facial Plastic or Plastic Surgeon to discuss the various Rhinoplasty options thereafter.
Best Wishes in your quest,...

There are several causes for facial asymmetry in the lower face, which could be due to the skeletal components (bone formation of the mandible), masseter size and strength stronger on one side, which usually would develop due to bony asymmetry, and also parotid gland asymmetry and or fat atrophy/ hypertrophy. Without examining you in person it is hard to determine which of these components is the culprit either alone or in conjunction with the others....

Thank you for your questions and for providing good photos ! I agree with you that tip refinement would be aesthetically pleasing for you. This would involve some minor re-fashioning of the tip cartilages and strategic placement of special sutures. The ever so mild tip asymmetry could also be addressed as well. Also if the surgeon you visit has imaging software, you could together try out different options for each part of your nose and see if you would additionally like...
