The right side of the picture seems to have a perfect heart shaped contour laterally with an appropriate amount of fullness. The left side of the picture has a dent in the contour and would benefit from either a biostimulator such as Sculptra or a gentle hyaluronic acid facial filer using a fanning technique with a very skilled and experienced injector. I personally do not see the need for masseter shrinkage (using Botox or any other neuromodulator)...

It is a microneedling and radio frequency treatment that helps to tighten, tone, reduce pore size, clear breakouts, and retexturize the skin. Each patient is different in their wishes.
