Woman treated with Deep Plane Facelift. Patient had a facelift and neck lift performed several years prior by another surgeon and desired further improvement. She also wanted to recreate the original shape of her earlobes, which had developed a stretched appearance due to excessive tension from her prior facelift. Deep plane facelift and neck lift were performed. During the deep plane technique, various ligaments were released in order to allow lifting of tissues while minimizing tension. She also had tightening of the platysma muscles to improve appearance of cords at the central neck and for a more youthful neck contour.
