Specifically there is a variant called “En coup de sabre” that can affect the forehead in exactly the same fashion as what I see in your photo. The short answer is "yes", but it really depends.  The amount of brow lifting one can get from Botox depends upon your injector's skill but also the facial anatomy of the patient and also their expectations. Some people simply need a surgical procedure to achieve the desired result, so keep an open mind.  Focus your energies on finding an experienced injector who can tell you if you are a candidate (or not) for Botox. Thanks for your question. Yes, it is possible to have it excised. You’ll have a rather long scar, and I’m not sure it will be more cosmetically acceptable than what you currently have. There are many different types of lasers and it is quite possible that if the right laser were used you could lighten the spot. Make sure you go to somebody with several different types of lasers and deep expertise in treating your precise problem. Best of luck to you!

As others have said here, I would suggest you have an evaluation for a surgical correction like a face lift and possible neck lift as well since this is probably your best chance at a full correction. I believe the "dent" that you are referring to is the top of the "marionette line" that is present, in your case, because of sagging skin just above the jowl. Thanks for your question. I don't think you need to do anything. You are quite beautiful as is! Yes, fillers or fat transfer to the midface, temples and jaw can probably modestly widen your face.  You already have quite ideal facial proportions and symmetry, though, so I would suggest you leave well enough alone.
