Interesting question, I am not specifically familiar with blue freeze belt device. By looking it up on line, it looks like home use device designed to work in similar fashion to cool sculpt technology. Sculpsure takes 3 month to see full effect. After that time, I would recommend to consult qualified physician do discuss all possible treatment options. Home use devices are very appealing due to low cost and convenience of home use. It is very common to be a bit tender to touch and swollen after Scupsure. I usually describe discomfort similar to the one we feel in the body after intense work out. Normally, It will take about 1-2 weeks to go away. If you experience tenderness and swelling beyond levels described above talk to your physician.

Kybella is FDA approved for sub mental (under chin) fat reduction. I would not recommend using it under eyes due to high risk of side effects in such a delicate area as eyes. I recommend to see a qualified physician for a second opinion.

Hello, I think you may improve your dark under eye circles. Which in your case are mild but could be improved. Gentle cheek lift and chin enhancement using juvederm or voluma could also be beneficial.

Thank you for your question. I would recommend using Juvederm or Belotero for under eyes to reduce appearance of bags. For droopy cheeks I would use Juvederm, Voluma or Radiesse to produce a lift. That is what we call "liquid face lift procedure". I would not recommend sculptra in your case. You need more precise pin point filler implantation in specific spots. Dermal fillers like Juvederm or Restylane can be used safely if performed by experienced Physician. I would use blunt tip micro cannula to reduce risk of complications. These fillers will last about 1 year and can be reversed instantly in case you don't like results using hyluronidase enzyme.

Yes, it is safe to do Laser genesis and laser tattoo removal done on the same day. I assume you have tattoo in different area than you are planning to do your laser genesis on. Since laser genesis usually is done for facial rejuvenation.

Muscle twitching is infrequent consequences of Botox injection. Muscles adjacent to treated area may start twitching. If it doesn't improve on its own see your experienced doctor who can inject few units of Botox in twitching muscle to relax it. Best of luck.

Very common question. Those bumps are in fact bony protrusions of your skull. They are called superciliar arch (brow ridge). Usually men have more prominent brow ridge then women, but they are normal part of human anatomy. Yours look totally normal and I would not worry about then. Common problem, no easy solution. I would recommend 1) properly treat your allergy per your allergologist protocol, Too often allergies are not taken seriously and patients don’t take regular meds and don’t see allergologist. 2) fix deviated septum. Most of your hyper pigment will improve as a result.

I would recommend having only one syringe per visit in your case. If needed second syringe I would do it in about 1 month after. Naturally, bottom lip should be 2/3 and top lip 1/3 of total lip volume. If you make top lip same size as a bottom one it may look somewhat unnatural like a duck lip.
