Although I'm not aware of any data to suggest that smoking increases her risk of capsular contracture, there is lots of data demonstrating the adverse impact of nicotine on general health and well-being. Based on the photographs that you have provided, it appears that you are an acceptable candidate to consider a full abdominoplasty with supplemental liposuction. It is feasible to perform judicious liposuction of the skin flap and more aggressive liposuction of the flanks in order to optimize results.
