When having laser hair removal you should try to avoid shaving a plucking. Shaving stimulates the follicle, so the hair will continue to grow. It will decrease the amount of hair, but not give you as good of results. Hormones change quite a bit during and after pregnancy and will cause hair growth in some women.
You might want to consider waxing if you are unhappy with the laser results. If you wish to consider shaving, any razor will do.

Before having anyone inject under your eyes, make sure they are an experienced injector. There are many important vessels that provide oxygen to your eyes in that location. Filler will be a short term fix for your concern, surgery might be a better choice to give you longer lasting results.

There are a few different options to treat acne scaring. We like to make sure that the patient is no longer breaking out before treating the scaring. Once the acne is under control, Bellafill is a dermal filler which is FDA approved to treat the scaring. A series of Pico Resolve laser treatments are also FDA approved and really improve and soften the appearance of your skin. Hopefully this will help you!
I am wondering if it is ok to expose a post-laser burn area to sunlight and/or tanning bed?

The skin is extremely sensitive after being burned by a laser. I would recommend seeing the office where you had treatment so they can do a proper exam on you to see when you are able to be in the sun. I would also recommend avoiding tanning beds at all unless otherwise instructed by a physician to treat specific skin conditions.
