Generally, everyone has a little bit of asymmetry. We correct this frequently by using Botox (or an analogue). Imagine there is a tug of war happening for your eyebrow. The forehead muscle pulls the brow up, and the eye muscle pulls the brow down. We can use Botox to give one side an advantage. Often, we inject the muscle around the eye to give the "forehead team" the advantage, thus allowing the droopy brow to lift and match the other brow. This is where I would start. Good Botox! B...

We fix this issue all of the time :) Although this is totally benign and nothing to worry about, I understand the aesthetic implications. I would recommend a hyaluronic acid filler such as Juvederm or Restylane to fix this issue. Juvederm is longer lasting in my experience. These are reversible, so if you don't like the result you can instantly go back to where you started. This is also a huge plus for patient safety as well!! Best, Dr. Giordano

Kybella is an option for some patients. Another option is something called SmartLipo. No anesthesia, and little to no downtime. As far as cost, Kybella can be expensive I’m comparison to the SmartLipo procedure. SmartLipo uses a laser to tighten the skin and the liposuction to remove the unwanted fat.

Thank you for the question! IPL is an amazing treatment for brown spots, as well as facial vessels and redness. IPL has been shown to stimulate collagen production, however a separate laser modality may be good option for textural issues. For dark under eye circles, dermal fillers may be an option.

When we do our Artas cases, we find that patients typically see their full results 9-15 months out from the procedure. However, you should have a pretty good grasp on how much hair is going to grow at the 12 month mark. It is unlikely you will have much more growth at this point. Hi, thanks for your question. Although Restylane Lyft is a good product, I think you might get a little better longevity from Juvederm Voluma. Some folks metabolize dermal filler quickly. It is likely you still have some Restylane in the cheeks, but it has shrunk to the point where it doesn't give you the aesthetic effect you desire. I believe Voluma will last longer. It is best to pre-treat the skin with a medical grade retinol. This will remove the damaged cells on the epidermis so light based treatments work effectively. Making sure to stop retinoids 2 weeks prior to treatment.
