Thank you for your question.  There will be some collagen build due to the injection trauma and bruising.  The amount of collagen improvement with this will be insufficient to really assist and therefore I recommend and injection of one of the filler products.  It is important in the future that you properly look at the credentials  of an experienced physician.

Both technologies can help fat reduction in specific areas.  We recommend waiting to see the results of the Coolsculpting before moving on to Kybella.  Also it really depends on the size of the area treated.  A smaller area can be treated with Kybella with positive results after Coolsculpting.

Thank you for the question.  Your nose structurally does not grow from the use of fillers.  It is more of a perception issue.  As your face becomes more full your nose appears smaller relative to it.  The opposite is also true as your face thins out your nose will be more prominent.  I sure hope that helps.

Thank you for the question.  I understand your concern.  It is safe to get an HA filler even if it has lidocaine mixed in it because the amount is small.  Botox Cosmetic is not recommended to be utilized during pregnancy or breastfeeding.  Hope my answer helps you.

The most important thing is to receive your treatment by an experienced physician.  Sometimes, unevenness or "lumps" can be caused by bruising or the product.  If it is the product many times the physician can manipulate the area to smooth it out.  If necessary hyaluronidase  can be used but will dissolve the product.  I hope I was able to help and good luck.

I am assuming the area was filled with an HA filler.  In that case, the cause of swelling and pain is dependent upon the timing of the injection.  It could be a natural response immediately after treatment or it could be the start of an early infection if the injection was 5 to 10 days ago.  Also, it could be a reaction to the filler if the treatment was over 2 weeks ago.  Regardless, if you are experiencing pain or concerned about the treated area, you should return to your physician for...

Hi and thanks for the question.  Bruising is definitely a common concern and I am glad you addressed it.  Although bruising around the eyes is rare you can prepare yourself for a filler procedure by not taking medicine that could increase the potential for bleeding like ibuprofen.  Also to assist in the avoidance take Arnica before and after your treatment.  Should a bruise still occur it should resolve in at least 10 days.  Good luck and hope your results are outstanding.

Hi thank you for reaching out.  I am very sorry you are not achieving your desired results.  Restylane is an HA and does indeed retain water.  I think the best course of action for you is to dissolve completely and utilize a collagen stimulator such as Sculptra to fill and general your own collagen over a period of time.  Depending on your evaluation you may need multiple vials and have to be in an annual or semiannual maintenance.  I hope this helps and good luck.

The reason the doctor may be saying this is that it appears your eye wrinkle may be part of your overall physical appearance. You are petite and that crease under your eye is right at a crease point of your face.   Surgery may be an answer but I would further consult with a doctor who can give you options after seeing you in person.  A picture many times can be misleading.   Additional filler injections can assist in my opinion.
