I am sorry to hear that you still have lumps after dissolving the under-eye fillers. In my opinion, Juvederm fillers are not at all ideal for under eye area. The under-eye anatomy is extremely complex, kind of filler & the injection technique, cannula versus the needle so many factors can impact the outcome. I have seen the fillers stay for years even after dissolving. Consider seeking an expert ultrasound-trained physician to dissolve the filler completely. Best of luck.

I do believe that using Platelet Rich Plasma injection can speed up the trichostimulatory process around the scar tissue. If the scar tissue is visible in the frontal area it’s worth considering an early PRP series.

Thank you for asking this question. Please rule out secondary causes for Buffalo hump such as Cushings syndrome and medications etc with your endocrinologist. I was able to treat my patient who suffered from buffalo hump all her life and her 4 wks results are fantastic.
