You can use a Diode laser to get rid of the mole. Find a dermatologist or plastic surgeon that's Board Certified and ask if they have the Diode laser at their office. We use the Diode laser on moles all the time at our office and usually works great just after one treatment.
Exilis for small amount of abdominal fat?

We have found that Exilis Ultra works great for pockets of stubborn fat. When someone is not eligible for Coolsculpting due to not having enough subcutaneous fat, we highly recommend either Exilis Ultra or SculpSure. Both uses Radio Frequency to target adipose tissue and kill it at high temperatures. Fat only dies at either extreme cold or extreme heat.
What Norwood scale am I and how many grafts do I need?

It's hard to tell because we are only seeing the crown of your head and not the full hairline, but my estimate is that your somewhere at a Norwood IV. I could be wrong though considering we cannot see the rest of your hairline. If you're just trying to get more density in the crown, I would estimate between 500-800 grafts depending on how thick you want the crown to be.

I would find a reputable plastic surgeon with a good track record with liquid rhinoplasty. Usually, plastic surgeons are the best to go to because they have been extensively trained in aesthetics. The good thing to know is that if you don't like it, you can always reverse it, as long as you're using a hyaluronic acid filler. As for bumping your nose, it shouldn't affect your filler. That is as long as it's just a "bump" and not slamming your nose into something. The risk is moderately low...

From the first picture you showed, it does look like you have a little bit of a "gummy smile" but not terribly. I would suggest some botox to help relax the muscles around the mouth as well as a little bit of filler for your top lip. As for your teeth being crooked, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to determine this, your dentist would. I recommend a consult with a dentist to see if you have a under or overbite to make sure it's not just a cosmetic concern.

I would discontinue use and let your skin heal for about a week or two before putting on any retinoids or harsher acids. I don't believe you "damaged" your skin per say, you probably just dried it out. We recommend that you don't use any retinols/retinoids or acids a week prior to your microneedling appointment and then can continue use after about a week or so. If your skin is dry, try to put a moisturizer on or even a hydrating mask to help.

Price depends on the laser being used and how big of an area you are treating. If you were to come into my office, we would use Kenalog (if they are raised) and then use our Diode laser. Usually this treatment costs from $500-$2000 depending if we were just going to treat the areas shown or if there are more scars that need to be treated. There are a couple ways to help with the scar. One would be using a Diode laser to flatten the scar and another would be using a Profractional Laser. In my opinion, I believe the Diode Laser would work better than the Profractional would and there wouldn't be nearly as much "down time". The Diode would flatten the scar and make it barely visible, just keep in mind you may need a couple of treatments.

At our office, when it comes to keloid scars, our favorite to use is our Diode laser. The Diode laser is able to flatten the scar as well as reduce some of the pink pigment. You would probably need around 2-3 sessions to see the results you are looking for. If there is some pigment left after the Diode laser, you can follow up with a Nd:YAG to help with the vascular color of the scar.

The best way to help achieve more volume in the lips is either using a filler or in your case, a lip flip using botox. Keep in mind, Botox tends to only last about 3-6 months after injection. Fillers can last quite a bit longer ranging from 6 months to 3 years depending on the brand. In my opinion, I believe a half or full syringe to the upper lip will give you the results you are looking for.

So as of right now, your hairline has receded, but not at an alarming rate. When you get a hair transplant (FUE is preferred) they take a healthy hair follicle and transplant it into the area that is balding.
