Thanks for the Question. Many people in your age group are getting Botox to help prevent the effect fo aging on the skin. It is also very common for men to get Botox. The wrinkles from muscle contraction occur over years of muscle contraction and by doing Botox younger you could potentially have a more youthful look in the future. To be certain Botox would be beneficial for you personally an appointment with a board certified phycian would be the next step. Good luck.

Thanks for your question. Exercising after Botox should be fine as long as you wait 4 hours. It would be best not to rub on the injection sites after as that could cause migration of the Botox. So if you are sweating a lot and rubbing your brow right after your treatment may be the only issue. Generally after 4 hours the Botox should be within the targeted area so it shouldn’t be a big deal.
