I think Clear&Brilliant would be too superficial for this condition.Treatment with RF (radiofrequency) Microneedling or Fractional CO2 laser would be a better choice.
Is 1200 lines normal and would I be more prone to side effects with this many lines?

I’m surprised but pleased that you had such good results with only 300 lines.
If the main area of concern is the mid and lower face and neck, then usually 500-600 lines would be done. In your case, you could evaluate results after only 300 lines and then decide if more lines are needed.

You are definitely on the right track. Fractional CO2 laser, along with subcision and Bellafill or other fillers can be done in one visit, resulting in dramatic improvement of scarring.
