Each procedure has its benefits and its drawbacks. Both have similar side effect profile. One major difference between the two is, Fat can be reabsorbed partially or totally . Whatever remains approximately after 3 months will last for years. Fillers will last anywhere from a few months to 2 to 5 years depending on what kind of filler is used

It's hard to say. I mostly use Radiesse when I am not using fat to enhance girth. The G-prime of Radiesse is greater than that of Voluma and that is why I prefer Radiesse over Voluma. Having said that, I usually use 10-12 cc's of Radiesse to increase girth anywhere from 0.5 to 1 inch when it's done the 1st time, but a lot will depend on the length of the penis. For a penis, your size 10 to 12 cc's might be needed to get you to 0.5 to 0.75 ccs

Based on your description, I think ThermiBreast would definitely help especially when combined with Vampire Breast Lift. I am not sure why you don't have Doctors offering the treatment in your city. The company that makes ThermiTight has had different owners and hence they haven't advertised the device aggressively throughout the years.

Themitight is a radiofrequency skin tightening treatment that leaves no scar when used anywhere on the body. It is used in lifting the breast slightly and does not cause fat loss. The temperature needed to reduce fat is much higher than the temperature used to tighten the breast tissue. Results are modest but definitely worth it in a lot of cases.

It's very unlikely you can add two inches to penis length for the first time. You will probably have to come 2-3 times to get that level of thickness. If you have Peyronie's disease you will need a different treatment regimen, if you do not have Peyronie's disease and the curve is very slight the girth enhancement procedure may help???

Yes, you can Have botox while on antibiotics including erythromycin as long as whatever infection you are dealing is not close to where you are being injected with botox. There are no contraindications.

Penile enhancement with Fat or filler will increase girth but will not change the length of your penis. If you are interested in increasing length and girth the best choice is surgery. Non surgical choice is a P shot PRP injection into the corpus cavernosum. The procedure is not a guarantee . Only one observational study done in India a few years ago showed it increases length and girth.

It’s hard to tell how much pelvic fat you have that is hiding your penis. If it is , a simple liposuction to the pelvic area can improve the visibility of your penis. You can also have fat obtained from the pelvis area and elsewhere added to your penis to increase girth which would visibly and functionally improve your penis and performance.
