We can do lots with filler on the nose. Little bits of filler can create an illusion to make our nose look smaller and more proportioned! In the before photo you can see the tip of her nose droop down as well as her nostrils flaring outward. Filler was placed into the tip which raises it up creating a better nose shaped. We also filled in the nostril to bring it down and make it more smooth!
