Its actually good the Sculptra was mixed a week in advance. Sculptra needs time to hydrate for best results and to minimize potential side effects. We have learned over years of doing Sculptra that additional diluent volume and dilution time (longer and larger than listed in the original Sculptra Aesthetic product label) help to have the Sculptra spread uniformly for best results. The skill and experience of the treating physician is also critical with Sculptra.
