The Oshot can and should be performed essentially painlessly. Topical triple anesthetic cream is applied prior to injections. There may be a slight pin prick when additional local anesthesia is injected to numb the area of the clitoral injection. The Oshot is then performed and consists of two separate PRP injections. A woman may feel slight pressure during the vaginal injection but it is not painful. The clitoral Oshot injection should be a “non event”.
