Hi there,It sounds like this has been a problem you've been struggling with for some time but I assure you that its quite common and fixable! The majority of the spots are likely hyperpigmentation (dark spots) left over from old folliculitis. Folliculitis is very similar to acne and is essentially treated in similar ways. Hi there,Neurotoxins like Botox and Dysport are likely your best bet for smoothing out the fine lines you are seeing when smiling. They typically take anywhere for 3-7 days to work and the effects last about 3 months. I would also accompany this with a series of laser resurfacing treatments or chemical peels to stimulate collagen production underneath the epidermis. Finally, if you can tolerate a higher percentage, I would increase the tretinoin cream to 0.05% nightly. Hope this helps!

Hi there,You most certainly can use them together. However, make sure to use the Tretinoin at night. Sunlight can degrade the Tretinoin if used during the day.The Aczone can be used twice a day (morning and night), including with the Tretinoin at night.
