This is nothing more then injecting filer using Ultra sound. The needles they use are coated to be more visible under ultrasound. This really is an old technique used for guided injections of medications. Its a nice thing to do. Is it necessary ? Very debatable and is just now gaining attention. Frankly finding a talented and experienced injector is far more important .

Hyaluronidase does not hang around in the tissue for long. You are really just waiting for the inflammation you get with its use to go away. 2 weeks is a reasonable time. If however they have removed your HA because of granuloma formation or infection, waiting two months is a very good ideal.

Smiles are so subjective. You have a nice smile and BoTox isn't going to give you a pleasing result.
It is a bit difficult to tell much from your photo as it is at a tilted angle. What I do see relates to the position of your gums over the right lateral tooth. You look to be a really good case for the use of fillers . You can use a combination of lifting threads and smooth threads to treat this area but frankly you are going to get a much better result with fillers.
Find an experienced injector and talk with them about your options in treating this area. Don't be surprised if they suggest filler not only in the tear trough but midface and cheeks as well.

I use both Sihouette Instalift and PDO threads. Each have their strong points and limitations. Deciding on which is truly a matter of what the individuals needs are. Keep in mind you can get underwhelming results with any procedure. I see this often when an inexperienced clinician does not use the correct number of threads or wrong placement.

The lower face is fascinating. Over time there is a loss of volume to this area as well as a loss of elasticity in the skin. This can in some cases causes the muscles in this area to be a bit more hyper active. As strange as it might seem the lower face is a great place for fillers to replace the lost volume. Then reevaluate if you even need to use BoTox. Your in KC and there are some outstanding experienced injectors there. Find one and discuss your options with them.

First odor can be a variety of things from gum disease to poorly done crowns that don't fit properly. Well done crowns will not be the cause of of an odor. As far as bridging or splinting crowns together , it really is more about strength. How strong are the remaining teeth and their bone support. If it is week, splint them. If they are solid with good bone support keep them individual as it is easier to maintain and clean them.
