Doctor's answers

Thread lift is considered a lunch time procedure. While there is sometimes bruising that usually shows up a day or two later there is usually not much swelling. It's difficult to answer your last question. It is absolutely worth the cost for the right candidate, but for some surgical lift might be a more appropriate.
Good luck to you!

Mastered Botox and chin lipo shouldn’t interfere with each other. Since Botox to masseters will take a bit of time to take effect, you could consider having it before your lipo.
Good luck !

LASIK flap do not ever go away, they just heal over. Frequently, they can be re-lifted, even years later, in case you need a touch up (an enhancement). Occasionally, however, an ophthalmologist who is doing an enhancement cannot re-lift the flap. In that case a PRK enhancement can be done. So the flap stays in place and the touch up is done right over it. Hope this answers your question.
Good luck!

Fillers in the temple area (or anywhere actually) are not known to cause insomnia. There is no actual physiologic mechanism for them to do so. Are you anxious or unhappy about your treatment? Are you worried about potential side effects? Is there anything else going on in your life? Dissolving the fillers may not be the answer unless you are anxious about the results. I hope you feel comfortable discussing some of these questions with...

Layering of facial fillers of various density is frequently used to achieve the desired cosmetic result. In your case, for example, might have used a deeper injection of Radiesse to build up the chin and then Juvederm more superficially to volumize and fill in. This techniques can be used for various areas in the face. All the best!

TBotix for master (chewing) muscle is done to reduce the bulk of the muscle so that face appears thinner on the bottom to achieve aesthetically pleasant appearance. So the loss of volume in the other side is normal. The lump on the right side is the remaining muscle that was undertreated,so I do agree with your doctor you need a bit more Botox to achieve the desired and lsymmetrical look. All the best!

As long as you have such excellent vision you won't need an enhancement. Sometimes the machines just don't measure correctly after refractive surgery . At any rate, you doctor is right, we usually wait for a few months prior to deciding on enhancement. Good luck!

I would still try massaging, you might be surprised that the lumps will just gradually lessen over time. You can always get them dissolved, but I would give it so me time unless you are really bothered. They are barely visible on the photos. Good luck!

Occasionally slight blurriness might result from some dry eye after Lasik, especially if you wore contacts before and you had dry eye as a result. We normally recommend a lot of lubricating eye drops and sometimes even ointments at night. That usually fixes the problem fairly quickly. That said, the "torn layer" might need to be treated somehow. I would recommend revisiting your Lasik surgeon to find out a bit more info and treatment options. Hope...

Botox would be beneficial for the crows feet and the wrinkles between your eyes and can possibly benefit you for some of the wrinkles around mouth. It is highly successful, safe procedure with very high satisfaction rate. And actually helps prevent more static wrinkles from forming. So go ahead and schedule your consultation!
