If you lose weight specifically for a surgery and your not accustomed to dieting and exercising regularly you may gain the weight back after the surgery compromising your aesthetic result.

It is hard to tell from your picture, however it appears you may be a good candidate for Restylane injections into this area. It does not appear that you would require more than one syringe.

In context of a woman who has had 4 pregnancies, liposuction alone can never deliver the same results as a tummy tuck. During pregnancy the skin stretches and loses its elasticity and the muscles typically separate. During a tummy tuck excess skin is removed and lax muscles are tightened. The amount of correction that each patient receives per syringe can vary widely. Based on your photos, you should be able to get a good correction with 1-2 syringes of any of the hyaluronic acid fillers. Most of the hyaluronic acid fillers are pre filled at 1 cc of product per syringe. If you are only interested in one syringe, you may want to consider Radiesse as the syringe is larger and contains 1.5 cc of product. The more product you inject into an area the more you can expect. first question you need to consider is if you are done having children? If so,
the best procedure would be a traditional tummy tuck. If you are not done
having children, the best thing to do would be to wait until after you are done
having children completely as getting pregnant may ruin your tummy tuck. As you
have learned, laser lipo and other non invasive procedures will not help with
getting rid of your excess skin.

In my opinion, the shave method leaves less of a scar as there is no thermal injury to the skin. The other modalities you’ve mentioned all involve thermal injury which can result in suboptimal scarring.
