Hi!
Botox would work well to prevent the fine horizontal lines from developing into deeper, more noticeable lines. However, you should be careful with too much botox in the forehead region above your eye brow as this can lead to brow drop and/or brow asymmetry. Laser resurfacing later in life in light skinned patients who are less prone to hyper-pigmentation may also help reduce the fine lines.
