A 68-year-old man with a forehead lesion (a lipoma, which is usually a benign, slow-growing fatty tumor) was treated with excision. The treatment was performed with the help of local anesthetic and laughing gas in the office; the incision is placed within the patient's naturally occurring forehead wrinkle. The patient is shown 6 months after treatment.
