This 68-year-old gentleman presented with a slow-growing, soft tissue mass directly above his left eyebrow. I excised this via a small incision placed into one of his forehead wrinkles. Pathologic analysis revealed a lipoma, or a benign fatty tumor. The incision, shown one month after surgery, is moderately red, and this will fade over the next few months.
