This is a 23-year-old woman with deflating, sagging breasts following pregnancy and weight-loss. Currently a B-cup, she wanted to be a natural appearing medium C-cup. I performed a lollipop breast lift and placed 295 cc full-profile silicone implants (Allergan Natrelle Inspira SRF) under the muscle.
