While knowing the exact location of the cheek filler injection and how far it was from the nasolabial folds is needed, in general it is very rare for fillers to move/migrate, and even if they move, it is very unlikely to move this much. Moreover, even if some filler was able to move and migrate this much, it would have been extremely unlikely to be taking place on both sides similarly.
