No. The risk of bruising is the same with Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin. For people prone to bruising, I find that applying ice before and after the injections is very helpful. Also make sure you are not taking products such as ibuprofen, aspirin, or Vitamin E, as these can increase risk of bruising.

At 2 weeks after a facelift or neck lift, it would be too soon to panic, based on that photo. Most irregularities will settle as the swelling resolves, and the skin/soft tissue relaxes after the pull. I would advocate gentle manual daily massage at that dimpled area, but definitely consult with your surgeon first, as he knows exactly what was done surgically.

This is decision is usually by surgeon's preference. Both heal very well, and if you don't like the outcome of an incision made in front of the ear, it can easily be converted under just local anesthesia. In the male face, the preference is to make a pre-tragal incision so as not to pull the beard line back onto the ear. With the female face, either incision can be made with good results, so long as the closer is meticulous.

Cartilage used for tip grafts in rhinoplasty should NOT be visible at any point after surgery. If they are exposed (i.e. not covered by the skin on the outside of the nose, or the mucosal lining inside the nose), you need to contact your surgeon to let them know this. These may not be pieces of cartilage either- it could be a bolster dressing or silicone splints, which is more likely, and not an emergency at all. But either way, contact your surgeon to let them know.

Five months after a rhinoplasty, exercising should have no effect on the long-term outcome of your rhinoplasty (unless you accidentally hit the nose with something like a weight bar). You will likely have some post-workout swelling because of the increased heart rate and blood flow to the face, but this is temporary. I usually advise my patients to resume light exercise even at the first 1-2 weeks after surgery, then back to their full routine at one month.
