The FDA DOES RECOMMEND implant screening after silicone augmentation, even if you're doing fine. This is to look for a silent rupture, which is exactly your concern. Please have your PLASTIC SURGEON order this for you, as that surgeon should be up to date on the latest recommendations. You're going to need a tummy tuck if you want a flat, tight abdomen. The loose skin and stretch marks will not smooth out with just liposuction. You could do the tummy tuck and liposuction of your back and waist, along with fat transfer to your hips, and I think that would give you the results you're seeking.

You describe very large breasts on a large frame. Fat transfer would not likely be useful for shaping large, heavy breasts, particularly since you also describe them as "very saggy". Please have a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Nobody should be putting 3500 cc of fat into your breasts; it's just a bad idea and invites lots of potential problems (oil cysts, fat necrosis).

Thank you for your questions and helpful photos. You have an animation deformity caused by muscle contraction sqeezing your implants. The best solution for you at this point will likely be a pocket change to move the implants above the muscle. You are thin, so you'd also likely benefit from some fat transfer around the implants, so they edges aren't so visible above the muscle. You may also need a breast lift to create an ideal shape, but that's something to discuss with your surgeon.

Vectra is much more accurate for sizing than just stuffing a bra. To go from an A to a C, I think you'd need the 300-range implants, just as Vectra shows you. Best wishes!

I don't understand the question here. You actually saw more than one surgeon who already told you that you'd be a good candidate for a full tummy tuck, but you're still wondering if you are??? I would trust the surgeons who saw you in person more than I would trust any who can only look at photos. (In your photos, you do appear to be a good candidate for a full tummy tuck.)

The term you mention (24 hour breast augmentation) was popularized by a surgeon in Texas (he is now retired). It does not mean you are fully healed in 24 hours. It means that you are comfortable enough to go out to dinner within 24 hours after surgery. You still have to restrict your activity as your heal, and can't do strenuous chest exercises for about 4-6 weeks. Thank you for your question and helpful photos. Your breast shape is just how your breasts have developed. There's nothing you could have done to change that. But you can change them now--it does require surgery, a breast lift. You could add an implant if you wanted to increase your size, but you may be perfectly happy with just a lift and no implant. Thank you for your question. It is possible to address puffy nipples without reducing the size of the areola, but you would need an in-person exam to know for sure. It may be that your breasts are a bit constricted (tuberous), and that would need to be addressed to correct the puffy areolas. This could be an office procedure, or it might require going to a surgery center--it all depends on the overall breast shape.

An implant on one person won't look the same on another person. It is helpful to see your "wish" photos, but there is no guarantee that any implant can make you look like that. It all depends on your starting point: breast size, skin quality, chest wall shape, breast position, etc. I use 3D imaging (Vectra) in my office during breast implant consultations so you can virtually "try on" implants of different sizes and shapes. Thank you for your question and helpful photos. I'm so sorry your BBL didn't give you the results you had hoped to get. It does appear that liposuction may address the contour issues you have. Thankfully, that's an office procedure and can be done under local anesthesia (numb, but awake). Squats and lunges will build the muscles, but won't change the fullness in the upper buttock that you have right now.

Yes, you can have liposuction even if you have loose skin. BUT you will not be flat, tight, and smooth at the end. Your loose skin will still be there. If you want flat, tight, and smooth, you'll need to also address the loose skin.
