As long as you are not breastfeeding, you can restart Botox (or any other neurotoxin such as Xeomin or Dysport) at any time after giving birth. If you are breastfeeding, you will need to wait until you're done breastfeeding. Best wishes!

Really, it's the injector's skill more than the type of filler used that causes less-than-ideal results, such as bumps. That said, softer fillers are typically less prone to bumps as they are more malleable (I like Juvederm Volbella for soft, natural results). If you notice bumps after your next treatment, wait a few days and gently massage the area to spread the filler more evenly. Keep in mind that some bumps and swelling are a normal part of the healing process. Best wishes...

Thanks for your question. Based on your picture, I would recommend treating your undereye area with Belotero to reduce hollowness and diminish the appearance of your tear troughs, and adding volume/structure to your cheeks with Radiesse.

Thanks for your question. It's difficult to tell without seeing the rest of your face for proportion, but it looks like you have good volume already. I think you would benefit from the use of filler to balance your lip shape (your left side appears smaller than your right) and add definition to your lip borders and Cupid's bow; a skilled injector will be able to do this for you. Keep in mind that HA fillers can always be dissolved if you are not satisfied with your results.

There is no evidence that facial filler will cause tissue damage or distortion if removed or dissolved over time. Keep in mind that small amounts are used for most areas (depending on the area, most treatments use 0.5 to 2 mL of product; 2 mL is equivalent to 0.4 teaspoons). As the amounts used are relatively small, you should not be concerned about stretching the skin or causing damage to your skin or tissues.

As long as the injector uses proper technique and you follow aftercare instructions, filler should not migrate. Products with higher cohesiveness tend to resist migration, as well. I tend to prefer fillers such as Belotero, Juvederm Ultra, and Juvederm Volbella in the lip area, depending on the look the patient wishes to achieve. Kysse is a newer product in the US that has also shown great results in the lip area.

Thanks for your question. It's difficult to assess whether or not your filler has migrated without pictures. Migration of filler is a common concern, and the most important factors in preventing migration are the skill of the injector and following aftercare instructions. With that said, I have not seen fillers placed in the lips migrate into the cheeks (although they can migrate within the perioral area). There is no contraindication while you are not pregnant (and filler will not impact your fertility evaluation/labs).
