Hello Davidiosa,Thank you for your question. Ibuprofen should not affect the result of your filler. The reason to stop Ibuprofen is that it makes your blood less likely to clot (“thinner”) which can cause bruising. Tylenol can be used for pain or discomfort after injectables.

Thank you for your question concerning your scars. Typically the steristrips are removed one week following your surgery at the post-op appointment. However, your scars seem to be healing nicely. I recommend using a scar gel with medical grade silicone that will decrease the appearance.

Seroma is a common risk associated with liposuction regardless of the area. You should continue to see your surgeon as directed for drainage until it resolves. Typically, wearing appropriate compression garments help with postoperative swelling. It appears that your muscle has been divided high on the sternum causing the muscle to window shade.  Which likely means that in essence the implants are “on top the muscle” in the area that is rippling.  I would change them out to allergan highly cohesive implants to minimize the rippling, change them to the subglandular plane to correct the animation deformity.  To address the implant displacement, the pocket needs to be adjusted.

Each plastic surgeon will have a preference on the type of implant they prefer.  I almost exclusively use silicone implants.  A 650cc implant is a large implant and I would make sure that your body and breast can accommodate such a large implant.
Seroma after explant - how soon does aspiration need to happen?

I usually drain any noticeable seroma when it is diagnosed.  If the capsule wasn't removed at the time of explant then the fluid will just remain in the old implant pocket and may or may not be reabsorbed over time.  An ultrasound can quantify the amount of fluid present.

It can take up to three months for the breast implants to settle in to place and round out the bottom portion of breast. They will soften with time as well. Your scars look like they are healing nice as well.
