From the minimal view that is available with the picture. it looks like lower jaw contouring and kybella would be a great option to start with. Coolsculpting is another alternative.

Thank You for your question. The Correct protocol would of been to engage with either treatment first, waited the appropriate time for final results. If the desired look was not obtained a second round of the initial treatment or the opposite. With that being said, it is hard to tell if coolsculpting or kybella is working better than the other. PAH post Coolsculpting is more common than Zeltiq and Allergan both claim together. With that being said . The skin becomes thicker and firmer, in our experience most common in the Hispanic population but could happen to anyone. The only treatment for this is Liposuction, smaller areas can try kybella . Small little areas is not a common sign of PAH, which would present as a much larger , firmer area, maybe Lipomas? Than the question lye’s, was it present before the Coolsculpting procedure…

Most people are red immediately after micro needling and of course the depth that was used.( 0.5mm to 2.5mm ) can change the skin “redness”, this also depends on the patient sensitivity to the procedure. Most prp “vampire facials certified since 2013” that are performed on a daily basis in our office , you are definitely leaving with a red face but the next 24-72 hours may vary on each persons genetic makeup on healing itself. This is a great question , one of our favorites at our office. Yes fillers can help greatly , surgery (implants) in todays world is a last resort. This is exactly why so many plastic surgeons are doing injectables. The need for surgical intervention is way down for facelifts because of injectables. By the look of the photo , looks like you have folliculitis either from shaving and /or hairs being ingrown post laser. If from shaving – you need to use a clean razor every new shave, possibly the need of tend skin after the shave. If from being ingrown from laser ,you will need a topical abx.

With my experience lasers are not helpful for this , you have a better result with fillers and PRP solo or together. Both of these or solo need to be injected at different levels to obtain the proper smoothing result without the over filled celebrity look. I Hope this helps you

Good morning , first of all you are perfect and not to be insecure about a simple fix. Yes ,there are plenty of options for you, the nasolabial fold can be injected directly deep and surpefically. The lateral cheek area could use a little filler to lift up and outward decreasing the nasolabial fold as well. A experienced injector should be warranted for this because to much filler in the NL fold will give the face a unwanted wider effect. V shaped vs ( ) shape.

In our practice each patient is required to come in for full evaluation including a hormone panel, and analysis . Micro needling has been part of our protocol to further simulate the hair follicular growth. most doctors that are doing this type of procedure should be doing both injection of PRP with micro needling. Research shows that both are effective but together the outcome is doubled. I hope this helps

Hello , can a filler cause insomnia, perhaps . Did your injector use a numbing cream on your face prior that had epinephrine in it? most fillers have Lidocaine in them. This would decrease heart rate. Final thought, feeling anxious about getting the filler in the first place. have you had fillers prior to this episode and if so , was it the same product , injector as previous?
