Why aren't I healing better after Day 6 of Halo?

It takes skin anywhere from day 2-10 to recover or in some cases longer depending on protocol used/skins condition. Milia and bumps are normal as the laser sometimes dry out the skin, consider using a water in oil based product such as HA serum to hydrate and maybe an oil free moisterizer. Ask your provider to review your post skin care needs as they would know best.

Wearing your eye glasses shouldnt be a problem, but try to avoid having them on for long periods of time to avoid indentations since skin is fresh. As far as antihistamines every office has their own protocal to pre and post care. Be sure to ask your provider. 
Can I get Halo treatment done even after some ultra low dose Accutane?

Talk to your provider but i would give it 6 months after accutane to give your body a chance to adjust and detox.

Do not judge results until 6 weeks post your service as your skin is still healing. As far as the discoloration goes try using a topical lightening agent as well as increasing your spf (50 is recommended). As far as the acne concern, acne is very common post laser as laser sucks out sun damage and dirty water in our cells. You may need to contavct your provider to review your post skin care. Try using HA serum to hydrate and protect and an oil free moisterizer. Good luck.

Skinsueticals has a wonderful Phyto masque that hydrates the skin and adds cooling post micro needling.. also helps with inflammation and redness. Or you can use a growth factor serum. its anti aging properties and stem cell stimulate healthy cells, rejuvination, and healing. 
Can i use glycolic acid cream 10% after 0.25mm microneedling session?

I would not. As Glycolic acid is pretty strong it will go into the micro channels and potentially burn and thin out the skin moire. At this moment you should be using HA serum before during and after. I would omit using acids after micro needling for at least 2 weeks as it could really dry the skin out. 
What size MM dermaroller is best for beginners? I am going to start using it on my stomach.

Derma rolling is not recommended for anyone who isn't licensed in this profession as you can overstimulate the skin and end up hurting the skin and rupturing vessels if too aggressive. I would seek a licensed professional instead. Best of luck.

HA serum or growth factor helps the skin maintain collagen and its volume through peptides. Also consider doing collagen shots 3xs a day (breakfast,lunch,dinner) as internal collagen is just as important as external.

In this case i would see a dermatologist as dermatitis is inflammation of skin and also spreads. Until this issue is resolved i do not recommend this service at this time

It is recommended 4-6 weeks in a series treatment. Additional benefits to skin when incorporating PRP (platelet rich plasma.)

If you have already spoken with your provider take their advice. From the picture looks as though you are still processing. Remember laser draws out years if damage, the more you have, the more will come to surface, prolonging recovery. It takes anywhere from 3-10 days for skin to fully process and one full month to assess further result. Moisturize as much as you can, and maybe incorporate a growth factor serum to speed up the healing. Good luck! 
Is it normal that skin pigment looks darker underneath the mends and I have no peeling?

This is very normal as your skin is still in process and recovery. As you know laser draws out years of sun damage, which is why your are experiencing so much mends vs peeling at this moment. Peeling may come later so as of this point you should have weened off the Aquafor and have replaced it with an HA serum , thermal spray, and moisturizer suited for skin type 
What can I do about creepy crawly sensations post halo? It has been 8 days. I cannot sleep.

@chiparker,Your provider should have given you Prednisone, Valtrex, and Benedryl as a pre treat and up to three days after service was done. I would look into buying Avene Thermal Spring Water Spray.. infused with trace elements and silicates soothing, softening and calming benefits . You can also use the spray of psoraisi,ezcema,itches,burns,diaper rash, or pure hydration for dry skin and face. You may also want to look into purchasing Phyto masque from skincueticals (plant based)
I am day six after an aggressive Halo treatment at 450. Is this normal? Will there be scarring?

Breakouts can happen post halo. Typically its due to post skin care. Talk to your provider they may be able to tweak your regime. You may simply need lighter products vs.occlusive or heavy products
